HOW TO USE
A single serving of the preparation - 2 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 3
portions per day. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first
meal, 2nd serving immediately after training, 3rd serving before bedtime. On
non-workout: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2nd serving 30 min.
before the main meal, the 3rd serving before bedtime.
